Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 2 Oracle EDI Functional Analysts to support a large manufacturing client of ours.

Responsibilities:
• Has experience and working knowledge of EDI concepts including standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12 and IDOC.
• Provide translation support for all EDI processes and systems. Function as a primary point of contact for any Oracle/SI related support requests.
• Analyze support request to identify the root cause resolution and work closely with other Eaton enterprise sectors/groups to implement solutions.
• Monitor error directories/emails on any CoE EDI servers and take appropriate actions to resolve. Perform minor maps modifications and trading partner set up as appropriate.
• Trouble shoots SI BP’s.
• Develop and maintain EDI support processes and documentation. Maintain the integrity of the EDI environments.
• Collaborate, build and maintain relationships with other technical groups. Initiate continuous improvem...
