Job Summary

Oracle Technical Functional Analyst with 8‑10 years of experience, based at client office in Bangalore. Role focuses on Oracle ERP R12 and Fusion Financials implementations, enhancements and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Oracle PaaS, OTBI, SmartView and Financial Reporting Service (FRS).
• Implementations, enhancements and support of Oracle ERP (Cloud and R12).
• Conduct testing (Unit, System, SIT, UAT) and deployment.
• Liaise with internal teams (developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end data conversion projects.
• Work on complex OTBI across cross subject areas, deep link on OTBI/BIP.
• Handle loopback integrations within HCM and use HCM Extracts.
• Manage burst processes across all options, sandbox personalization, page initiations, profile options.
