Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst to join a fast-paced Corporate Functions Technology team supporting global stakeholders in a leading financial services environment. Reporting to the Oracle EBS Support Manager, you will provide expert day-to-day functional support and assist with project initiatives across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT. The role requires strong knowledge of Oracle Financials, Purchasing, and Projects modules, along with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite v12.2.11 and assist in project delivery.
- Respond to and resolve problem tickets from the business via ServiceNow.
- Elicit and understand functional and non-functional requirements to design and deliver solutions.
