Role Summary

We’re hiring an Oracle Cloud R2R (Fixed Assets/Leases) support professional to provide post-production (Operate) L2/L3 support—resolving close-critical incidents, driving root-cause fixes, and improving runbooks/monitoring in line with the Operate Support JD structure in the attached file.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting, including incident triage, defect resolution, and RCA to prevent repeat issues.

• Support month-end/quarter-end activities (posting/accounting, reconciliations, and close readiness) and coordinate cross-functional resolution with Finance/IT.
