+ Conduct requirements gathering and Cloud Map workshops with HR and Talent stakeholders

+ Perform gap-fit analysis, solution design, and functional documentation

+ Configure Succession Planning features including:

+ Incumbent based, Job based, and Position based Succession Plans

+ Talent Pools, Talent Ratings, Readiness, Risk of Loss, and Impact

+ Design and implement Dynamic Skills, including:

+ Enterprise skills taxonomy and skills library
