Your Mission Business Development & Growth Identify, develop, and execute regional business development opportunities across the OR1 product portfolio. Build and manage a regional pipeline covering OR1 products portfolio. Define and implement regional go-to-market and commercialization strategies. Support opportunity discussions and commercial alignment with key customers and partners. Identify and develop strategies to support portfolio penetration based on product lifecycle management in both direct and distributor markets. Sales Enablement & Market Execution Lead end-to-end sales support for OR1 products from opportunity identification to launch and scaling. Enable local sales teams with clear value propositions, positioning, and selling tools.
