**Job Description**

Under general supervision of the Director of Ophthalmology, performs Ophthalmic care for examination/treatment. In addition to adult patients, comfort with seeing pediatric patients from 12-18 years old is preferable. Provides assistance to General clinic, ensuring steady patient flow through clinic area. May perform other basic or specialized technical vision measurements as requested. Completes all relevant medical documentation as required. Job requires providing patient care. **Base salary for this position is $140k.**

**Qualifications**

-Bachelor?s Degree

-Certificate of Doctor of Optometry

-Licensure of the State Education Department

-Basic Microsoft Office Suit skills required
