Optician

We are looking for a licensed optician to join our Lee Eye Center Boardman team. As an optician, you will sell, fit, and dispense eyewear to patients. Our opticians help customers look and see their best working with the latest eyewear fashion trends!

Full time schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Note: Must be willing to occasionally travel to our East Liverpool office.

What You Will Be Doing

• Remain current with eyewear trends.
• Evaluate customer's prescriptions and visual requirements.
• Recommend specific lenses, lens coatings, and frames to suit client needs.
• Measure clients bridge and eye size, temple length, vertex distance, pupillary distance, and optical centers of eyes, using measuring devices.
