Job Description:
Perform regular duties of an Optician at our stores, including Eyechecks, customer service, inventory management, edging etc
Work as a team with our Opticians, Optometrists and Sales to offer the best solutions for customers
Provide high standard of customer service to ensure the services meet and even exceed customers' expectations
Build long term relationship with customers
Training will be provided to build up skills and capabilities
Provide useful feedback and suggest improvements based on on-the-ground knowledge and experience
