Key Duties
Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, ensuring a warm and professional experienceAssist patients with frame selection and lens options tailored to their lifestyle and prescription needsTake accurate measurements and assist in the fitting and adjustment of spectaclesHandle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, appointment bookings, and patient follow-upsMaintain the appearance and cleanliness of the practice, including frame displays and waiting areasSupport dispensing opticians and optometrists in day-to-day clinic operationsCarry out basic pre-screening tests using optical equipment (training provided if needed)Help with stock management, including ordering and checking deliveries
