This is a frontline supervisor position that supports the FedEx Safety Above All Culture and manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned staff. Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation through the management of Package Handlers. The Operations Supervisor may also manage administrative employees and functions and ensures administrative processes are compliant with FedEx policies and procedures and governmental regulations.

Essential Functions

• Serves as a champion for FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and supports all related initiatives
