This role is responsible for providing back-office administrative and sales support functions within an international ship supply environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing quotations, validating orders, coordinating supplier information, and ensuring accurate administration across internal ERP and client systems. Quotation & Sales Administration Capture and process quotations on client online platforms and internal ERP systems. Review supplier proposals to ensure compliance with client requirements. Verify pricing structures, currencies, and tariff applications. Submit completed quotations to the relevant Account Manager. Upload quotations and supporting documentation to approval systems.
