**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** , a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking to add an Ophthalmologist to our clinic in Folsom.

**Opportunity Highlights**

+ Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases.
+ Perform surgical procedures, such as Cataract surgery, Femtosecond laser for cataract surgery, Pterygium, MIGS, lasers for iridotomies, capsulotomies, and SLT.
+ Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and treatments for patients.
+ Provide expert advice and counseling to patients regarding their eye health, treatment options, and preventive measures.
+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including optometrists and primary care physicians, for coordinated patient care.
+ Stay updated with advancements in ophthalmology and participate in relevant continuing education activities.
