The University of Miami, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute has an exciting full time opportunity for an Ophthalmic Imager 1 (OI1) in Miami, Florida.

The Ophthalmic Imager 1 (OI1) is competent in the theory, principles, and practice of eye care. The position documents in the EMR system and performs ocular diagnostic testing using specialized instrumentation in compliance with department standards.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Performs diagnostic testing including but not limited to the below.

• Color fundus photography

• Fluorescein angiography

• ICG (Indocyanine Green) angiography

• Optical coherence tomography
