Overview:

Unify are delighted to be recruiting for an Operator Recruiter to join a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth whilst supporting the UK’s Construction sector.

You will be responsible for proactively recruiting and assign skilled Plant Operators nationwide, ensuring the right talent is matched to project needs.

What do I need?

* Previous experience within a Recruitment role at any level

* Must have experience working within Plant Hire or Construction relates industry

* An understanding and experience using Microsoft Excel

* Experience working within fast paced environment (Temporary Recruitment would be beneficial but not essential)

* The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
