Job description

The Copperworks department requires a committed, hardworking and trustworthy individual to join the team as an Operator. The successful candidate will report directly to the Production Manager and Quality Manager. The Operators’ primary purpose is to provide support to the Copperworks area as dictated by operational requirements.

Responsibilities Compliance with approved SOPs General operation of machines at Copperworks department Constant monitoring of machines Maintaining set quality standards Assistance and support to service teams during times of maintenance and process interrupts Compliance with OSHA and company policies Maintaining housekeeping during operation Reports and reporting as instructed by supervisor Participating in scheduled meeting and training programs Maintaining stock levels of process consumables Shift hand-over protocols at work station Meeting planned targets Assist in different processes in the Copperworks/Aluworks department when no p...
