Operative with LGV

Salary/Hourly Rate: (£15.04 p/h) + Approx £650 PA OTE

Reporting to the Ganger/Supervisor, this role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality service to our customers. You will support the maintenance of the highway network to a consistently high standard, helping to ensure all activities are carried out in line with the strategies and policies of the County Council and Essex Highways.

Strong customer focus is essential, as you will contribute to maintaining high standards across the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to ensure all enquiries are handled in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner, while keeping customers fully informed about the services and standards the Council provides.
