15+ years of experience in Operations/Service Delivery within BPM/BPO/Shared Services environment.
Strong experience in P2 P and OTC operations management.
Proven experience in managing large teams of 800–900+ employees.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.
Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management, productivity improvement, governance, and financial management.
Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
Exposure to Transportation & Logistics domain/processes preferred.
