Position Overview
Administration Develop and evaluate process flows and creates standard operating procedures (SOP's) Co-ordinate and manage suppliers. Implement, monitor and ensure all SOP's are adhered to in all areas Manage and the prevent stock losses and shrinkage, security awareness Oversee Stock ordering and management Deal with customer complaints, queries and resolving the matter at hand. Oversee quality, hygiene and health and safety standards Customer service focus and drive customer satisfaction Marketing and promotions of company products General admin duties: involved and supervising of data capturing – capturing of stock, stock takes and transaction data. Assist with RFQs quotations and Tender documents. Daily, Weekly and Monthly As needed.
