Operations Associate & Trading Assistant
Requirements
Experience with operations/trading role at a bank or asset manager.Advanced English (minimum: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 945 / TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent).Optional
Bachelor of Finance or Accounting (or the equivalent) is preferred, but not
required.Experience with a finance OMS (order management system) & PMS (portfolio management system) is preferred (such as Broadridge, Eze, Enfusion, etc.) but not
required.Tasks
Reconcile Prime Broker (PB) cash, positions, stock borrow (shapes, rates, cash).Review Fund administrator cash and positions records with PBs and OMS & PMS.Check failed trades reported by PB and action based on priority.Manage equity and swap trade affirmations process with MSFS.Review and confirm all non-equity and swap ...
