Shift: Shifting schedules, UK time

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of recent operations supervisory experience in US/UK banking operations (voice account) in BPO
• Financial account experience must be in mortgage, car/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or any similar facet (Insurance or payroll not considered)
• Solid knowledge of the banking/collections process and bucket flows
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably available to start immediately
