Position Overview
- Ensure execution of daily operations within the department
- Accountable for production,supervisionand discipline of employees
- Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
- Enforceimport/exportpolicy and procedure compliance
- Communicate with vendors/suppliersregardingshipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates.
- Respond to & solveproblemsas needed
