Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end case management for insurance applications and ongoing policy servicing
- Manage daily operational workflows, turnaround times, and service quality standards
- Collaborate closely with consultants and internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex cases
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members
- Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies
Requirements - Proven experience in client management, relationship building, and delivering high-quality service within the high-net-worth (HNW) segment
