A Bit About The Role

Operations Systems Lead – Step level 3, London, Worksop. Full‑time onsite role reporting to the Demand Manager and partnering with users across our UK sites (Rudie’s Kitchen & Ace’s Pantry) and our Polish site (Sam’s Kitchen). The role sits at the intersection of supply chain, finance, warehouse, fulfilment, and production, overseeing site SAP utilisation to ensure digital data reflects physical reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own inventory and transaction integrity: lead audits of transactions across warehouse, fulfilment and production, ensuring accurate, systematic entries at all stages.
• Report systematic compliance at team, site and group levels, converting compliance into financial impact to raise awareness and support.
• Manage master data control (SKU information, BOM, location) centrally for effective oversight.
