Operations Support

Scotiabank ABM Delivery Services Team is looking for a Senior Operations Support team member to assist in providing maintenance and support functions for the ABM and CRU fleet across Canada.

**Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:**

• Provide a high standard of professional, courteous, efficient support that impact the department and ultimately the scope of service provided.

• Attend meetings accordingly (vendor management, operations, and stand-ups, etc.).

• Act as the issues/incident escalation point for the supplier that may have an enterprise-wide impact or not resolved at the business level.

• Verify and approve vendor invoices.

• Analysis, Reporting & Escalation of the fleet and Vendor Suggest: Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and procedures within and across departments.
