Operations Support Specialist – Houston Team (80–100%)
Become a key member of our dynamic nine-person team within the Operations department and serve as the central point of contact for a wide range of internal teams. You will act as the primary interface for transaction and operational support across T&O Operations for internal clients in Geneva, Luxembourg, and Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for internal queries related to securities transfers, settlements, funds, custody, cash services, tax reporting, and precious metals, resolving issues independently.
- Maintain high vigilance and risk awareness to identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks.
- Develop creative solutions that meet client expectations while adhering to internal policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.
- Provide regular reports on operational performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
