VionDataPartners is seeking1 full-time Operations Support Officerto be deployed to Concord Primary School under a Ministry of Education contract. You will support the school’s daily operations, including cleanliness,logistics, and general maintenance tasks. This role requires physical fitness, reliability, and prior school-based operations experience.

• Maintain general cleanliness of school areas, classrooms, and cleaning equipment.
• Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment.
• Escort external contractors and ensure they carry out authorised works only.
• Ensure all rooms’ lights, fans, and air conditioners are switched off before leaving.
• Lock doors and rollershutters, andarm the school alarm system at end of day.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager, Administration Manager, or School Leaders.
