Job Duties - Customer Operations Support
- Respond to enquiries from general mailbox and ensure timely responses to all incoming emails and requests.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for BPO operations to ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance requirements, and service standards.
- Provide operational coverage for customer support activities during or outside regular working hours, only when necessary.
- Sales Operations & Billing
- Support finance operations which includes the preparation of billing data and generation of invoices for corporate clients.
- Verify and process invoices from landlords and follow through with finance to ensure timely payments.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly reports for both corporate clients and landlords.
