<p>Service Assurance; Customer Service; Admin & Support; Operations Support; Reporting<br><h2>Job description</h2><p>• Sort documents/goods for export and import according to the exploitation process.</p><p>• Handle abnormal cases during the exploitation process (broken goods, misplaced routes…)</p><p>• Perform scanning and reporting.</p><p>• Coordinate with the Delivery and Coordination department to handle unusual receipt situations.</p><p>• Coordinate with the Delivery and Coordination department to handle cases where goods cannot be delivered or have other customer requests.</p><p>• Contact customers to handle cases requiring additional information or arrangements from the customer.</p><p>• Contact external FedEx or related departments for additional information to support delivery and receipt of goods.</p><p>• Perform procedures to return goods to the origin or the...
