Position Overview
Key responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure daily production schedules and operational targets are achieved.
- Coordinate and monitor scrap processing, sorting, loading, and recycling activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and guide workers on workplace safety standards, safe work procedures, and operational best practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings and safety briefings for workers.
- Monitor machine conditions, equipment performance, and production efficiency.
- Identify and intervene promptly when operational abnormalities, equipment issues, or safety concerns arise.
