My client in the logistics industry and based in the Potchefstroom area has an Operations Supervisor position available.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Availability of time and flexibility of schedules.
• Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.
• Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function. Motivate, train, and develop leaders and operational teams.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team.
