Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, activity implementation, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct product demonstration and presentation, if needed.
• Check Daily Time Record (DTR), weekly liquidations, and revolving fund replenishment.
• Ensure completeness of hiring requirements.
• Train all direct reports and front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills.
• Ensure team compliance with agreed KPIs.
• Establish an outstanding relationship with the principal.
• Demonstrate good operational control and effective strategy implementation.
• Preparation of weekly or monthly reports, market situation, and other client requirement.
• Checking employee inventory needs and monitoring requisition.
