Insight Global is seeking a Operations Supervisor for a top aerospace manufacturing client. This individual will oversee day-to-day shop floor operations, leading production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, partners closely with Quality and Engineering, and drives continuous improvement through Lean principles. Day to Day:
Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
Assign work, set expectations, and remove real-time production roadblocks
Ensure adherence to company policies and aerospace regulatory standards
