Position Overview
• Operations Management: Oversee daily laundry processes and ensure smooth, timely workflow.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and monitor staff performance.
• Quality Control: Maintain service quality and resolve customer concerns.
• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and control usage and costs.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper use and upkeep of machines.
• Health & Safety: Enforce sanitation and safety standards.
• Cost Efficiency: Reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
• Customer Service: Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years minimum in laundry operations or a related field (hotel, hospital laundry, industrial laundry)
