Responsibilities

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead plant operations on your shift—ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met while supporting and developing your team.

This is a rotating 12-hour shift position (days and nights), ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
