Position: Operations Supervisor

Pay Rate: $70k - $80k per year

Schedule: 10am - 7pm M-F

Job Description:

Forward Air, Complete is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of Regional Carrier Specialists. This position is responsible for performance, performance feedback, communication, training and discipline and development within Forward Air’s Complete Cartage team. They control the use of resources and coordinating with various sales and operations management, customers and other field personnel.

Core Responsibilities

+ Ongoing personal training which develops industry knowledge as well as sales and supervisory knowledge and skill

+ Ensures Completion and reporting of all CMG Operations duties and KPI’s

+ Ensures key performance metrics are fulfilled with applicable problem solving
