This can include, but not limited, to amendments (updating a wire), traces (locating the wire), and recalls (the wire needs to be returned). This involves research within wire platforms and communicating with clients and banks all over the world. Wire Investigations is an essential part of operations as it assists UMB’s clients ensuring their wire payments get to where they need to be.
