Position Overview
Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for an Operations Specialist for their Richmond, VA location. Responsibilities:
+ Use Google Suite products daily: Calendar, Gmail, G-Drive, Sheets, Slides, Documents, and Forms.
+ Use additional digital tools: Slack, AssetTrack (ServiceNow)
+ Manage inventory: record all items received, shipped, moved, etc. in electronic systems; maintain multiple digital tracking docs; participate in weekly cycle counts
+ Assist with Sending/Receiving shipments: load/unload trucks, check-in/verify items, prep freight for shipping, update physical labels, and update digital trackers.
+ Participate in quality management program: follow guidelines and use checklists to conduct QA/QC checks, capture data, archive QA/QC paperwork and photographs, conduct regular cycle checks
