Temporary, project-based role that will require around 20-30 hours per week for around 2 - 3 months
Strong preference for candidates that can work from our San Francisco office but open to remote work for the right highly responsible, driven and dependable individual
Support backend operational workflows, including account creation and configuration
Perform QA checks to ensure accounts, data, and workflows are set up accurately
Review and validate internal records for completeness and consistency
Follow documented processes and flag issues or discrepancies when they arise
Assist the Operations team with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed
Maintain a high bar for accuracy, organization, and reliability
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in an operations, admin, support, or coordinator-type role
