Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for our voice robots.


• Identify, record, document, and track issues.


• Maintain high-level communication with the team on test results.


• Be accountable for the final assessment of the voice bot and make sure of its qualifying before going live.
