**DESCRIPTION**
The Center of Excellence Specialist will provide the local markets and channels with retail support, training, and guidance. This position will be responsible for meeting goals for productivity and compliance based on the metrics established by management; collaborate with peers, market representative, and channels to identify inefficiencies and submit recommendations to team; lead to improve inefficiencies as well as maintain and enforce published retail system processes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Review objective submission to ensure standardized compliance and capacity management is met.
* Review promotions with appropriate retail management prior to objectives are released to retail.
* Review all content locker submissions for standardized compliance.
* Support local geography requests and make suggestions/train to ensure standardized process is Maintained.
