Summary
Join the Vancouver Fairmont Hotel team as an Operations Specialist supporting back-of-house retail operations. You will ensure efficient inventory control and after-sales processes while supporting client service and store systems. The role focuses on stock management, repairs and operational procedures to maintain brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure back-of-house efficiency and support daily store operations.
- Manage inventory, stock control, receiving and stock records.
- Coordinate repairs, alterations and after-sales services for clients.
- Support client services and assist the sales team when required.
- Maintain store facilities, systems and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist with financial processes, store reconciliations and related documentation.
Requirements
- Experience working in a retail environment with an operations or stock focus.
