GE Vernova Singapore Services is seeking a dynamic Operations Shift Supervisor – Rotor Repair to support its Heavy Duty Gas Turbine rotor repair operations. This role reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager within the Rotor Repair Cell. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily repair operations, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance, while driving operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices. This role requires strong leadership, technical problem-solving ability, and hands-on shop floor engagement to ensure efficient workflow, minimal downtime, and consistent compliance with quality and safety standards.
