Position Overview
Operations Safety Coordinator Safety Coordinator reports to the Operations Day Supervisor and lead and driving excellent safety culture and knowledge in operations department. Champions and leads the implementation of corporate safety initiatives for operations team. Safety Coordinator is supporting the Shift Supervisors and Shift team members to achieve the highest Safety standards.
Responsibilities - Responsible for initiating and driving safety programs within Operations
- Responsible for leading and driving Operations Safety Committee as the chairperson
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting of Safety KPI's in Operations, initiate developments to drive the results of theSafety KPI’s
- Responsible for correctness, review and improvement of assigned Operational Safety NMS Work Procedures
