This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly analytical and mission-focused **Operations Research / Systems Analyst (ORSA)** to support U.S. Government intelligence, operational, and strategic decision-making efforts. The ORSA applies quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess complex problems, evaluate alternatives, and support planning and operational analysis across national security missions.

This position requires strong technical rigor, experience operating in DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) environments, and the ability to translate complex data and models into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
