You will be accountable for delivering the complete Operations Readiness Program for a major project. This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring a seamless transition from project execution into safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include

• Developing and leading the Operations Readiness framework and execution plan
• Managing recruitment, training, and competency development of the operations team
• Leading maintenance program development, spares management, and operational systems implementation
• Acting as the primary interface between Operations and Project teams throughout construction, commissioning, and start-up phases
• Driving handover and completions processes to ensure operational readiness at start-up
• Establishing OR KPIs, schedules, budgets, and performance reporting mechanisms
• Ensuring all operational requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle
