Position Overview
You will be accountable for delivering the complete Operations Readiness Program for a major project. This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring a seamless transition from project execution into safe and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing and leading the Operations Readiness framework and execution plan
- Managing recruitment, training, and competency development of the operations team
- Leading maintenance program development, spares management, and operational systems implementation
- Acting as the primary interface between Operations and Project teams throughout construction, commissioning, and start-up phases
- Driving handover and completions processes to ensure operational readiness at start-up
- Establishing OR KPIs, schedules, budgets, and performance reporting mechanisms
- Ensuring all operational requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle
