Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Our Operations Program Manager (OPM) Lead will oversee and manage production, sustainment and development program portfolios in our Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) Product Line. They will have direct report responsibility as well as Leadership reporting accountability.

The OPM Lead oversees and manages the Operations Program Manager(s) and serves as liaison for escalations to the Product Line leadership and support functions to ensure program success. Reviews and provide feedback on project execution plan and validates technical and business resources needed.
