**Plant Manager – Wabtec Railway Electronics (WRE), Germantown, MD**

Who will you be working with?

The Plant Manager role for Wabtec Railway Electrics (WRE) in Germantown, MD facility will have full business leadership responsibility for the manufacturing of onboard electronic equipment, sub-systems, and related components.

How will you make a difference?

This role will lead the site’s global supply chain and facilities leadership team in the execution of continuous improvement focused around EHS and Site Compliance, Quality and Reliability, Customer On-Time Delivery, Functional Cost, Inventory, and Culture.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Plant Management role and/or large Operations Supervisory role/or equivalent operational experience.
