Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Operations Planner to join our awesome Central Planning Team!

As an Operations Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll turn demand forecasts and business priorities into effective workforce plans that support excellent guest experiences.
