Graduate of any 4-year course
3 yearsβ experience in Operations, specifically for events
Job Responsibilities :
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGEMENT
β’ Overall Guest Experience/Impression Management
β’ Guest Entry System (Queuing/Security Set-up/ Event Personnel)
β’ Ticket Booth and Turnstile Operations (in coordination with SM Tickets)
β’ Gate Control Management (Main gates and Portal Door)
β’ Facility Maintenance and Sanitation β’ Frontline Management (Guest Liaison Personnel)
β’ Management of Premier Floor (3rd Floor) Concierge Management
β’ VIP Guest Experience/Impression Management
β’ VIP Guest Entry System (Queuing/Security Set-up/ Event Personnel)
